This policy applies to everyone who uses a Top Byte product. It exists to keep our products safe and available for all users.

1. Do not break the law or harm people

Do not use our products to create, store, or share content that:

  • is illegal where you live or where it is received;
  • sexually exploits or endangers children;
  • threatens, harasses, or incites violence against a person or group;
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy;
  • impersonates a person or organization in order to deceive;
  • contains malware or is designed to gain unauthorized access to systems.

2. Do not misuse AI features

  • Do not use AI features to generate content covered by section 1.
  • Do not present AI output as written by a human where that would mislead someone in a way that matters, for example in school assignments that forbid it.
  • Do not attempt to extract model weights, or to bypass safety measures or usage limits.
  • Do not remove or hide the AI-generated label where our products add one.

3. Do not interfere with the service

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission. To report a security issue, see security.txt.
  • Do not send automated requests at a rate that degrades the service for others.
  • Do not create accounts in bulk or by automated means.
  • Do not resell access to our products or share one account among many people, unless a plan explicitly allows it.

4. What happens if this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account. Where the law requires, we report illegal content to the authorities. Where reasonable, we warn first.

5. Reporting abuse

To report content or behavior that breaks this policy, or to question AI-generated content, email [email protected]. Include a link or description and, if you have one, the account number involved. We reply within 15 working days, and sooner for reports involving child safety.
